ERRANDS & SHOPPING
Prepare shopping lists, run errands, pick up prescriptions, organizing incoming mail, buy food and supplies, store items.
MEAL PREPARATION
Plan meals, prepare and serve meals, help with feeding, wash, dry and store dishes and utensils, clean sink, stove, counters, and refrigerators.
INCIDENTAL TRANSPORTATION WARM
Take to social activities, Doctors’ appointments, Errands and/or other activities.
COMPANIONSHIP
Help with supervision, reading to client, playing games with client, staying with client for doctors or hair salon (etc.) appointments, visiting with relatives with client, other tasks.
LAUNDRY
Wash, dry and fold clothing and linens.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING
Washing dishes, bed making, sweeping floors, cleaning tables, empty, take-out trash, clear and dust areas. Vacuum carpets, wet or dry mop floors.
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Visiting friends and relatives, exercising, accompanying on walks.
SENIOR INFORMATION RESOURCES
Upon availability and access: provide client with resources (printed or digital) or people resources for any or all of their senior needs.
ALZHEIMER’S/ DEMENTIA CARE
Building close relationships, engaging in mentally stimulating activities and games, safety; keeping clients in home to avoid wandering, removing trip hazards.
RESPITE CARE
Providing the same care and services as primary caregiver temporarily when primary care giver is not available. Providing relief to families.
